  • If you want to complete a successful application and review application status, please use the UniteCT Application Tool
  • This Application Tool helps tenants and landlords understand what is needed to complete a successful application. This tool can be used if you have started an application or if you just want to learn about the process. The tool includes screenshots of the portal, along with learning opportunities about the entire process. If applicants are missing correct information from their application, their review process will be delayed.
